I am an Assistant Professor of Management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
My research explores how the increasing availability of big data reshapes the innovation process and strategic decision-making.
At Wharton, I teach the core strategy class in the full-time MBA program.
My dissertation was recognized as the winner of the Academy of Management's William H. Newman Award (2024) and the INFORMS/Organization
Science Dissertation Proposal Competition (2023), and received best paper prizes at the Academy of Management (2024),
Strategic Management Society Conference (2023), AIM Conference at USC Marshall (2023), and Wharton Innovation Doctoral Symposium (2023).
